Diamond Conventional Rollers
Leading-edge conventional ink compounds that run cooler and last longer. For sheetfed and web offset, the LGR compound runs cooler while the “polymer sensing technology” offers a higher resistance to modern inks and varnishes. With high glaze resistance and the “set & forget” properties, LGR has a reduced shrinkage technology giving the end user an excellent service life.

Chrome Rollers
Chrome is an excellent hydrophilic roll covering option. It provides excellent wear, low friction and excellent corrosion resistance. Pamarco’s chrome rollers have the lowest coefficient of friction of any structural metal, which means less drag and therefore less heat is generated. Our chrome rollers resist attack by most organic and inorganic compounds, and will not oxidize at temperatures under 1200 degrees F
Syn-Tac Rollers
Syn-Tac rollers are engineered with the highest quality rubber, and designed to provide OEM quality and performance. Our rollers provide the superior print quality, long life and reliability only a Syn-Tac roller can deliver. All Syn-Tac rollers are manufactured with all new components and are ready to install in press, with bearings and bushings included with most rollers. Rollers for the most popular models of offset presses are in stock for same day shipping.
Syn-Tac rollers are available for the following: A.B. Dick, ATF Chief, Crestline, Dahlgren, Davidson, Didde, Halm, Hamada, Heidelberg, Kompac, Martin Yale, Multilith, Ryobi, Itek, Toko, Townsend.
UV Rollers
The dynamic compound described as a “game changer”. UVEP is a dedicated compound for the UV/EB printing market. It does equally well in sheet fed and web offset, because of its proprietary compound technology. With its dynamic ability to resist the swelling associated with the UV/EB ink and washers, UVEP outperforms the competition by preserving its dimensional strength.

Hybrid Rollers
CRX – The elite compound technology that crosses over from UV/EB to Conventional. CRX is incomparable in the industry, and allows the printer to switch back and forth from conventional and UV/EB inks, while maintaining it’s dimensional stability. CRX also runs cooler than traditional hybrid rollers while adapting to the changing inks environment.

Water Rollers
Spiral – A unique dual body roller designed specifically for the water/pan/slip roller. The innovative spiral construction drives water laterally across the chrome roller, generating a thinner and more controllable water film.
Improved water control, Exceptional performance on continuous motion dampening system, Helps reduce emulsification on light coverage and metallic inks.

Ebonite Rollers
Dimond Ebonite is a bone hard compound used for replacing both copper and nylon coverings on sheetfed and web printing presses. Ebonite provides excellent ink affinity as well as superior abrasion resistance, and unmatched chemical resistance. It also offers greater anti-oxidizing characteristics than traditional copper coverings.
Nylon Rollers
Nylon is a long-lasting replacement covering for copper and ebonite rollers. Pamarco nylon rollers have excellent chemical resistance, superior durability, and can be used on all size presses. Our nylon rollers provide a very smooth finish and low friction, which allows for easy cleaning. Pamarco’s quality standards ensure a uniform hardness across the roller, which enables you to produce the highest quality print results.
Crestline Dampening System
The Crestline® Continuous Feed dampener is designed to provide an uninterrupted flow of fountain solution to the plate, delivering instant ink and water Color is achieved in only a few sheets. The Crestline runs without alcohol for minimal maintenance and does not allow moisture to migrate back into the ink fountain.
Crestline dampeners are easy to use and include single lever control, gear driven operation, ball bearing construction and an easily removable water tray. Installation can be done in just a few hours, without altering the press, and any operator can be trained to use the dampener in less than an hour. The benefits of increased productivity and profits start the same day the dampener is installed. Segregated from the ink train – no more moisture migrating back into the ink fountain. Instant ink and water balance – Crestline responds instantly to changes needed in ink and water balance . Runs without alcohol – Crestline provides a thinner film of moisture without the use of alcohol. Reduced paper waste – Since color is achieved in only a few sheets, paper waste is decreased significantly. Sharper, brighter color with less ink, No end seals to leak, wear out or replace, Installs without changing the ink train configuration, allowing for maximum inking power.
PowderPro
The PowderPro® Spraying System uses suction instead of forced air to evenly raise powder to a consistent level in the jar, resulting in a consistent air/powder ratio delivered to the sheet. The PowderPro features independent distribution lines for each spray head, outer spray heads which can be turned off when printing narrow sheets, and an automatic powder-level compensation system.
PowderPro Spraying System is designed exclusively for small to medium-size presses. PowderPro operates byintroducing airbetween the air and suction holes, creating an independent air flow between the two sides. Powder is adjusted by altering the air flow, leaving the vacuum side constant and eliminating any counteraction between the air and suction holes. PowderPro uses suction, not forced air, to evenly raise the powder to a constant level in the jar. This uniform “lifting” of the powder, regardless of the amount of powder in the jar, results in an extremely consistent air/powder mix ratio being delivered to the sheet.
Tempest Drying System
The Tempest® Hot Air Dryer keeps the temperature of the pile constant to accelerate the drying process without the negative effects of excess heat. Because the set temperature of the thermistor is lower than the flash point of paper, the most easily burned substrate such as tissue paper can be placed on top of the thermistor element without causing a fire. Additional passes through the press can be made in significantly less time with fewer worries about set-off or blocking Dramatically reduced powder use, resulting in less powder build on multiple pass work and higher print quality Productivity increased as jobs can be folded, cut, bound, collated and delivered sooner.
Blankets
Pamarco offers a variety of blankets in 3,4 and 5 ply materials for web and sheetfed presses. Our full range blankets can be used with conventional and UV inks for any offset printing application, including, magazines, commercial, books, catalogues, newspapers and business forms.
Depending on your application, our blankets will provide sharper dots, crisper halftones, richer solids and durability to meet all your printing needs.
